Wayne Williams LLB MBA, set up and was the Managing Partner of his own solicitors practice.

He previously worked as a senior manager at the Legal Services Commission for over 10 years and has helped a large number firms across England & Wales prepare for the new challenges of Carter & Clementi.

Wayne has provided training courses to the profession on various compliance and management topics, written articles for Legal News and the Independent Lawyer and is a member of the Wales Committee or the Law Society.
